Hi,

 

I wondered if anyone could help. I recently had a doorbell camera installed and connected to a HVR via the IP address, it only allows for one. But when a the chime chime was added to the doorbell, it knocked off the camera from the HVR? how I need to add the doorbell camera back on on the HVR. The installer wants no part of it, keeps on blaming the wifi, when I told them the wifi is not the problem, as the doorbell camera on and showing on its own app, and the other cameras are online too, so it is not my wifi.

 

I am left to sort this out on my own, having spent a chunk of change for this professional install to happen...

 

I'm fuming!
