Polish Builder
You'll need to shop around and get some quotes to compare prices and labour costs which are ridiculous these days... You can chat to them: https://www.sipsdirect.co.uk/technicalinformation/ https://www.kingspan.com/gb/en-gb/products/structural-insulated-panels-sips/kingspan-tek/kingspan-tek-building-system https://insulationgo.co.uk/148mm-structural-insulated-panel-sips-pir-and-osb-8x4-sip-9mm-oriented-strand-board/ In theory should be cheaper than conventional brick construction but I don't know if it would be as good as traditional brick wall. In terms of electrics it is possible but should be pre-planned to avoid drilling and cutting panels (to avoid thermal bridging) It's a bit complicated but hope it helps a bit.
