Hello I'm Building a New Extension

Hello everybody,

 

Just to introduce ourselves - we are about to commence building our new single story extension and have been amazed how much red tape you have to go through - Firstly the planning process, luckily that went through without any problems, then we had to move our gas meter, again no problems, found a great builder who sorted out sourcing all the materials for us which we now have in our back garden awaiting the build (this could have been a nightmare due to raising costs, but we saw the hindsight to purchase until we builder starts works) - the only problems we have is NEIGHBOURS! Hence why I've joined this forum.  Mainly Party Wall agreements and things sounding them.  I will start my own new post in the Party Wall section to seek advice.
