Samsung Air Source Heat Pump issues

Good evening everyone and great to be a member of this forum. 
 

I moved into a new build property 4.5 years ago and the heating system was the Samsung Air Source heat pump with underfloor heating and hot water. 
 

year one was a nightmare as the electrician had wired the thermostats wrong so the system was continually at full steam ahead when turned on. Not great when you are told to leave it running and the thermostats will take care of themselves. 
 

A year later and a new PCB board after another fault the system was agin working. 
 

Last week I had an engineer round as another PCB Board stopped working along with the fan motors.  The system worked for approx 12 hours followed by error message 464 with intermittent when turning the hot water emersion of with 912. Engineer back again and suggests now the compressor has gone. I do question if people know what they are doing plus has this been a comedy of errors. 
 

is this normal as Samsung don’t seem to want to help. If this was my company system and it kept failing I would want to rectify it for future sales. 
 

desperate for help if anyone has any ideas.
