Contract for refurbishment project

Hi

I am undertaking a project to refurbish a 3 bedroom victorian terrace. We don't live there, it's an investment.

 

Project includes:

• Rear extension

• Loft conversion

• kitchen, bathrooms fitting

• Complete re-wire

• Re-plumb and new heating

• Landsape garden and front small area

• Re-plaster through whole house

• Decoration

• Tiling, flooring etc

 

JCT contracts are confusing.

Architect and build regs drawings are provided by my architect.

I've gone out to three contractors, the winner will act as a main contractor.

Hi could I know where are you based. How much you been quoted. As I am looking for similar sort of work for my house but not sure how much does it cost so asking for help to know quotes.
