Fire rated domestic oil tanks

Has anyone experience of installing or using a fire rated oil storage tank?

 

Our conventional tank needs replacing but current regs mean it will be impossible to site the new one where the current one is (next to wooden cladded garage with a path and wall on other side).  I came across the 30 minutes fire protected tank by Tuffa which they say allows it to be installed adjacent to a building whilst being compliant to current regs. It's a bit smaller than I'd like but that would be a price worth paying if it meant it could be a straight swap for the old one.

 

None of the installers I've spoken to over the last year or so have mentioned it as an option so I wonder if it's just a new development or if there are other issues I'm not aware of.
