Hi,

 

Have noticed the walls in some rooms, particularly lounge, feel cold to touch and am concerned that these, and others, are not cavity wall filled. Any advice on how to check whether they are, what to look for and also how to repair any damage?

 

 

Maybe try to borrow a thermal camera? I know some energy companies loan them to their customers. 
 

Can you access the top of the wall, maybe use an endoscope camera? They are really cheap... I got one from Amazon that pairs with my phone.
