Rural Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire - 2 or 3 houses

Hi all,

 

Seems like a fantastic community and looking forward to participating and learning a lot.

 

To introduce ourselves, two couples. One of which has self built before. In fortunate position to have cash available to acquire a site <£1.5m and total build cost <£3m and build 2 or 3 quality detached homes, we plan to keep 2 ourselves. Flexible on location but looking for a semi rural site in this Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire region. 

 

Particuarly interested to learn about prospects of 1) buying single consented sites or 2) buying existing large houses or farm houses, and developing those to 2 or 3 homes.. Anyone with experience in that would welcome a chat! 

 

Anyone interested in a similar journey happy to discuss options to collaborate.
