Skylinska
Hello I bought a converted flat, but within a few months some of the slats on the laminate flooring started to come up slightly, which I just thought was wear and tear. However some of the tiles in the downstairs bathroom also started to come up too which started to make me think the floor had not been properly levelled. A year later when a builder came over to have a look at the floor he showed us that the floor was in fact sloping in parts. I contacted my solicitor who said that because it was a conversion not a new build there is no warrantee on the property. What can I do? Do I have any rights over this? Thanks S Edited February 23, 2021 by Skylinska
