Fan1994 Posted August 15, 2020 Posted August 15, 2020 (edited) Hi guys have built blockwork on timber frame and architect has said radon/ dpc from sol plate can act as the cavity tray. Now most of it up discovered that the tray will be below ground. Is this a problem and how to rectify? I do have 100mm dpc course 225 above finished ground level so hoping that should be adequate Edited August 15, 2020 by Fan1994
