I am the owner of a 4 bed detached on a plot size approx 40x200ft in Biggin Hill, Kent. The plot is quite steep and the house is literally built into the hill. The house has a flat roof and minor damp issues where it is built into the hill. The garden needs landscaping to achieve its full potential. I am thinking about selling next year as I live abroad. Would it be worthwhile for me to sell with planning permission to replace the existing house with perhaps two semis or whatever an architect suggests. I'm new to all this so any advice greatly appreciated.
