The room marked animals is relating to our large collection of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates which we plan to extend ?, we are looking through dimensional possibilities it would be a new build yes.

Hi there I am new to The forum I just wanted to know what you guys thought about my floor plan and if it’s feasible to have a structurally possible design. I’m not sure if your allowed access doors under the stairs through to the garage or if you can have a second staircase leading to habitable loft with a scissor truss roof? Many thanks Harry
