3 years on 2nd architect and 25k down in fees?I went ahead with 2 dormers on a property in Leeds which has been rented out to private tenants to now once again getting hassle from planning due to size and cladding (Yes I had them bigger than existing 30year old ones!and now have been informed as I had applied for class M on the shop below which is change of use to residential that the dormers were not classed as a retrospective build?under class M now they are threatening enforcement order to have both dormers removed?Yes scary stuff so any one who can advice me on this please do thank you.
