  1. 🤣 I don't think he like's to get his hands dirty
  2. hi Nick thanks for the input. We have a "project manager" who is managing the build but he's rarely here, and I mainly deal with the builder, who to be fair is OK but sometimes I am not sure if he's telling me porky's or not. I'll subtly ask him to try and neaten it up, and not leave it to the tilers, who probably would be very reluctant to do it. Thanks
  3. Apologies if this is the wrong place to post. I've had HTC screed laid in my build and I'm a bit concerned that around the edges of the walls the screed doesn't go up to it. The plumber after laying the underfloor heating put a sheet of blue foam around the edges, and the builder, when asked said that it was for expansion. He also said that was probably why the screed didn't go up to the walls and in the corners. His solution would be that when it was tiled, the tilers would fill in the gaps, and if they didn't want to do it, he would. Seems a bit heath robinson to me. I've attached pictures and would like any opinions please. Personally I would have thought that he would have to come in and do touch ups with HTC. Thanks
