Good morning everyone. Thought we would introduce ourselves…. We are currently just outside Coventry but building just outside Barnstaple. Needless to say we are quite excited! Our last we built in 1998 and have been in it until now. Thinking about ICF, lots of renewables, Ali-clad windows etc. Was in Swindon yesterday at the NSBC which was great. I dare say I will be asking a few questions here as well. We have planning but it needs amending. Just waiting for a site investigation before finalising foundations and submitting for building regs.
