Cranky46 here, I have many years in building and construction, I am a time served joiner. I have been in management for the last 20 years, I have a long experience in mainly roofing and windows/doors, I was self employed in my early career so I understand both sides of the business. I am a member of the institute of roofers and I currently work as the operations manager for a big double glazing company in lancashire. I have worked on traditional roofs (slate and tile) and commercial roofs sheeting and cladding, the kind you see on new steel frame units (Aldi, Asda etc) I hope to be of some help where I can and like wise, there will be things I will ask of others, we don't all know everything.
