Good evening Mr Punter and thank you very much for your response. We have decided to go down the standard construction route, as in block both walls. We have SAP calculations done and are in the throw of getting building regs done. I am reasonably hands on which will help also.

Hi all, We have just purchased a plot with full planning permission on it and are hoping to build in the very near future. I am goiing to spend a bit of time on here browsing to get as much information as possible, but for the immediate future we are trying to find a reasonable schedule of works and costings template for the Building Society that we are going to use to fund the build. If anyone has something to hand we would very much appreciate any help given. kind regards Gary and Mand
