Is it possible to measure the previous slope of a garden after it has been landscaped? I know you would have to use existing targets to go off in order to ascertain the previous slope. As I believe my fence is too low. I am just in dispute with a house builder at the moment and they are refusing to send a surveyor out. I was thinking a surveyor could use existing targets such as a fence or property to the rear. Am I totally wrong or are they?
