Just ecology we think, it isn't listed, not much external area, no graveyard just a small car parking area. We are trying to get an idea of costs atm, looks like insulation and floor levelling are major costs but we are trying to get a ball park figure. Our budget is £120K plus 20K contingency. have you experience of your own build? What do you think? Is this possible?

Hi everyone, We are just waiting for our survey for a 300sq m Methodist church in the North of England. There are so many questions and we have never done anything like this before. We would like to do a lot of the work ourselves as just getting quotes is like pulling teeth! We need all of the help we can get and are keen to link up with fellow church renovators. Claire and Jonny
