Hi new here need some help in mixing cement even though I know how I have had a problem that I've never come across before maybe someone can help.
I purchased some blue circle brand cement in plastic packaging not the ready mixed stuff, anyways I did a 4:1 mix with Travis perkins bricklaying sand also plastic bagged however when mixing in a bucket it started to bleed after leaving for a few mins so I mixed it more thinking it's not enough but again it's bleeds even with plasticicer what am I doing wrong.
