  1. Hi all, I've got an old commercial building that we have permitted development to convert to a dwelling. Looking at the SAP EPC requirements at the moment and wondering if you guys could help clarify a few bits please? 1) Given it is a conversion, do BC need to see anything other that the SAP EPC at the end? Or do they need to see compliance calcs etc? 2) being a conversion, I don't need to worry about achieving TER and TFEE, right? 3) The nature of the building means that every wall is a different construction method. To add to this, I'm having to Insulate with different techniques (some walls not flat enough etc), e.g. some will be on top of battens, some in/over a stud wall built inside the main wall etc. Is this combination likely to confuse anyone I use to do the SAP EPC for me? I do have the Stroma software myself and have been playing around, but some of the assumptions I'm not sure on. 4) As a conversion, is it just the U values, lighting and heating I need to worry about? For the lighting it is just ensure >75% are low energy fittings. For the heating it will be electric radiators and they just need to have programmers and thermostats to comply. Or have I missed something? Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks, David
