Hi all, this is my first post and reach out to the community for assistance.
I have had a double side extension carried out by my builder who subcontracted the roofing work. I am at the stage of picking up snags to give to him and I have noticed the bad/sloppy workmanship on the roof, especially the tile hanging and soakers around the dormer and Juliet balcony. I put up some pictures for advice as to what he needs to do to rectify the messy look. Thank you in advance for input. I am thinking it’s rushed tiling and not cutting correct sizes over soakers and considering the corner tiles.
