My local roofing merchant is recommending Permavent Dry Plus. Anyone used it?

Hi - I’m planning to replace the deteriorating roof membrane on my house. I was about to buy Roofshield but I’m reading reviews saying it’s not what it was, and that it leaks. What’s your experience and what alternatives can you recommend?
