Sorry maybe lack of information. 140mm timber frame sitting on 140mm blockwork 50mm cavity with rendered blockwork. As the door frame sits into cavity blockwork is exposed

Good morning new to the forum. currently working on a new build for our family home. Our kit is up and preparing for laying insulation to the floor slab before ufh pipes go down. I notice at the door openings the blockwork sits at the finished floor height. Is this correct or should the block under the openings be removed to let insulation and screed finish with underside of door? It looks like the way it is it would cause a cold spot. Thanks for any advice
