Thanks all for the welcome. We are currently in Ash (Surrey / Hampshire border) but the plot is near Basingstoke. Waiting for outline planning to go through before making an offer (don't to tempt fate!), it is not us putting in for the OPP but are hopeful it will go through. There are a few recent plots granted so there is a case for allowing it but.....

We have been looking for a long time for a reasonably priced plot and think we have found something. The journey begins.... Looking for lots of information and answers to probably many questions Alastair
