Hi, noob here, ex plumber, now a surveyor, got lots of residential experience (30+ years!) Do a bit of DIY, although less than I used to, my knees are knackered.... Hope fully may be able to contribute, and may have a few questions myself at some point. Also have various other hobbies... ? Cheers
