I was intending to use a 5kW Gen6 Samsung Mono ASHP for our Passivhaus build, but looking at the Samsung website all but a couple of the larger appear to be no longer available. Does anyone know why this is? I know there are plenty of units still available to purchase, but if they have been withdrawn due to problems in the field I wouldn't want to purchase one.
