Good afternoon everyone - Hope all the building work is going well. Having done extensions before myself and my son have decided to find land for 2 bungalows for ourselves and families. Located in the Norfolk Fens we hope we have found a plot suitable for the both of us - there is an existing small bungalow on the plot but plenty of room for a second. After doing some research I did find this in regards to the plot: 'The land is in Flood Zone 2 and is previously developed land. Contrary to what is said in the draft DPD the site can be developed subject to remedial measures being taken in respect of levels.' Can anyone tell me what this means in regards to remedial measures being taken in respect to levels ? Thanks in advance Ram
