Hi, New here so go easy! I’m looking to purchase a house and am interested in one in particular but it has an internal drain / ?rodding point as shown in the photo attached. This abuts the external wall to the property. could someone tell me exactly what it is, if it’s safe, how easy it would be to move outside the property?? Thanks! Mark
