    Been in construction for 48 yrs, architectural technologist, building control with local authority, property manager with Canadian investment company, own architectural practice then as sales director for Scotframe Timber Engineering Ltd for 26 years (supplied more homes to the self-build sector than any other UK manufacturer) winning numerous self-build awards along the way, left corporate life to develop my online self-build course 'The Path to Self-Build Success' www.self-buildsuccess.co.uk and build my property portfolio. I have self-built on two occasions once in Aberdeen and in Donegal ROI
