Gents, ladies bought a property with limited access as shown, their is an unofficial communal parking at the end of the garden but it gets very busy and theirs cars everywhere! This is an old pick and their is a small hatch walkway printed on the ground now. Do you think I will be able to apply for a dropped kirb to go over the path/verge showed as a square block at the end and gain a driveway on my front garden it is big enough as you can see just access is a bit iffy!
