Looking forward to digging into the forum for some research and help with the upcoming project.. We've got a 1968 house in West Sussex.. Its now gutted after Asbestos was found in nearly everything! Pretty much got 4 walls / ceilings and a roof left! planning on new extension with ASHP / underfloor heating.. Project has taken so long to start that we are coming to the 2 year mark of non occupancy that the council have confirmed this with an official letter.. So fingers crossed for a 5% build.. Hopefully this forum has some advice on claiming the vat back and what you can and cant claim for.. thanks in advance to community on this forum.. Simon
