Hi all I'm Darren and my wife is Lynne. We hoping to become first time self builders in South Cambridgeshire and are in the process of arranging finance for a plot that has caught our eye. We are a former Civil Engineer and a former Town Planner, so we are not completely green in the ways of the building industry, but I'm sure we will have may questions all the same. Currently considering Dan-Wood for the build after many years of flirting with the sadly defunct Potton. D

Hi all First time posting, so please be gentle. I haven't seen this question posted elsewhere, so here goes.... For the people that have used Dan-Wood for their build, what was the rough percentage price increase over their list price by the time you had finished spec'ing the available options? Thanks Darren
