  1. Pump the cavity as in fill with EPS beads? I suppose I have just have always favoured a more traditional cavity gap really. That picture was taken just after I'd finished fitting the mesh. As I understand it, the tray is because the bottom of the cavity is completely filled with insulation and therefore needs the tray? This is the first build we have done so is all very new to us.
  2. That was my first thought but I was under the impression you were not suppose to put wall ties in the dpc course? Thanks
  3. Hi everyone, Im just wondering how everybody else attach the cavity insulation starting above the damp course. It is 100mm T&G PIR board. Im worried that the bottom board will slip out at with it only being held at the top so I am thinking of gluing the bottom board to the block work with something like soudabond? Does anybody have any other ideas or products they would recommend for this? Thanks
