Hey thanks for your help - no thermal advice was given - will let you know what happens when we hear back. They wanted vids and pics. Hopefully we’ll get a reply soon.

New bi-fold doors fitted less than a month ago and crack has suddenly appeared. We have contacted the fitters and manufacturers, so just waiting on their response. In the meantime is there anything we can do to stop the crack getting worse? The crack seems to be on the outside pane of the double glazing on the inside of the glass, if that makes sense. Also, apparently the glass isn’t covered under the guarantee, which seems odd, or is that normal?
