Thank you for the kind welcome 🙂 I’m based in SW London near Wimbledon although right now on holiday in Spain…taking a quick peak on the forums whilst on a late siesta! Yep the drainage seems logical enough although I’m sure I’ll miss a few things here or there. Have a bathroom which will end up in the middle of the property so maybe not straightforward for access. Hi all, Lots of knowledgeable people on here and learnt a lot so far. Looking forward to also contributing Have a large side and rear extension in the pipeline for a bungalow as well as an outbuilding and garden landscaping to be done. All in good time...just don't tell the wife that! Talking of pipes, will head to the drainage section at some point as need advice on a layout design. Have a great day all!
