Hi, we are new here and in the very very early stages of our self build. We have just been to the build show in Exeter. We have seen a new system of ICF raft foundations which can have a concrete fibre mix pour, meaning there is no need for steel mesh. this sounds great however we have been quoted an astronomical amount for the engineer. Have other people come across this? Thanks
