Hi Troggy, I dont suppose you will see this message 4 years later, but just in case Did you get anywhere with the cooling setting on your heatpump? I am looking to do the same, and actually noticed the Xpert Energy sticker on you box, my unit was also installed by them, so I sent them an email to see what the options are, no reply yet, but hoping they will have an answer. If you managed to get this working and are able to share any information I would really appreciate it. Kind regards, Claiton
