My wife and I hope to build a Danwood house on an infill site in London. The first task is to find a suitable location.
We think we may have found one, surprisingly close to where we now live. Much is still tentative, though. Some of the things that will always be challenging about such a project may be more pronounced for us, if this goes ahead. Access is complicated, there are several established trees on the site. We know enough to expect the sequence of purchasing, assessing, surveying and obtaining planning permission are going to be complex.
We're excited, though!
