I’m not sure?? This seemed the most obvious place to put it. But then i genuinely don’t know what the issues are as never done anything without access from an existing road before!

Hi, so we sit on a decent size plot. Certainly size to build a small house at the bottom of garden. however, the only access is an unmade service road - we are at the very end. Probably 80-100m (not measured) length and certainly wide enough for vans etc. the service road is back access to houses one side and a parade of shops with flats above the other. has anyone had experience of getting PP with this sort of access?
