Hi, Did you manage to overcome or find any solutions to this issue? We currently are experiencing the same challenge as our access is not accessible by a fire rescue vehicle. We have already integrated a Automatic Water Suppression System into our design which is encouraged by the local fire service but the council state this is not sufficient to resolve this issue, we have also put forward the incorporation of fire resistant building materials and offered to have a water tank on site, in addition to changing a close proximity Wash Out Hydrant to a Fire Hydrant however the fire service and council are saying this is still not sufficient and Southern Water are being less than helpful. This is the only issue that is heading for a final objection however we have met every possible remedy which all of them alone could be seen as a solution and with the incorporation of three and still heading for 'no recommendation' at panel this seems completely unreasonable as it would be by far more fire safe than any ordinary dwelling.
