Hi mjsx, I'm looking to DIY insulate a butterfly roof mid terrace in London. Did you just leave the bottom of the V without insulation? Did you add any ventilation? Thanks!

Hi all, thanks for having us! We're a couple looking to move house in London and have somewhat caught the renovation bug. We've found a beautiful old Victorian terrace which we're hoping to do up, however the structural engineer's survey has come back thinking there may be some subsidence from a tree in front of the house... If anyone wants to see more info I've made a fuller post about it you're welcome to check out :). So we'll see whether that works out or not, but either way we'll be looking for somewhere to do some work on as our next move!
