  1. Do you think there will be any push back with the install date being so long ago?
  2. Under the installer details - would I just put down the details that I have for them even though they are no longer in business (and just leave the signature blank - or just sign in myself!)
  3. I have an SE3500H (SOETC/02349/V1/A2) I was filling in the details on the smart connect site - but having looked at the G98 Form B (traditional style) it looks a lot simpler. I will give this a go. Thank you @Dillsue.
  4. I think I have realised its because I've ticked "don't know" to the DNO cutout rating. Hoping this will be as simple as calling them up and asking them to confirm what it is. I also thought that I had to complete the G100 export limitation section - but re-reading it I realise I can select no to this.
  5. We will be well past (years!) that as it was the previous owners that installed the system.
  6. Honestly, I don't know if the G83 was registered or not. I am going off the MCS certificate that I have managed to get that says at the bottom "DNO Notification Compliance: To be notified post connection and commissioning", and when I called UKPN they said that they didn't have any details for our house and to fill in the G98. I did contact SolarEdge who confirmed that the inverter is G98 compliant - but honestly feel a bit stuck.
  7. Hi All, We moved into a house that already had a solar system installed - however we have now found out that the G83 cert (applicable when it was installed) was never registered. The company that installed it has gone out of business so I am trying to apply for the certification myself (so that we can then sign up to one of Octopuses tarrifs). I gather that I would now need to apply for a G98. I have confirmed with SolarEdge that our inverter meets the standards, and I have managed to get the DNO certificate. However, I am finding some of the questions on the UKPN Smart Connect site a bit confusing. I did try reaching out to a couple of local installers - but none seem want to help. Has anyone gone through this process that could give me some advice?
