Hi guys, my landlord recently had our leaking roof fixed and I just wanted your opinion on the work, I have no idea what I'm looking at but I've never seen felt sticking out between tiles before or metal clips poking out from a roof before, but like I say, I don't know what I'm looking at, so what's your take on it? The work took about 3 hours. Thank you!
