  1. That was in my plan to do anyway but i my main concern was really the repair job done to the roof
  2. The pile of brickwork is the old chimney that was removed and they have just used a random bit of wood as a strut by the looks of it. Ive added a photo of the best image i have of the outside tiled area along with the opposite side of the loft which it should be looking like. Should also add this is a bugalow just incase it matters
  3. just bought a new property and in the processes of doing it up. Old owners had removed the chimney and looks like they had a go at repairing the area. Roof is made up of rosemary tiles i have been quoted around the £1000 mark with also includes adding in a tile for the boiler flue but also been told if its not leaking then dont worry. Any advice would be appreciated, attached a photo of damaged area. Thanks in advance
