Hi All, Hope you are well? Looking for some help and advice really. Seen a house I like at a reasonably good price in a good area problem is, it does need modernising. For me the kitchen needs to be made bigger, so possibly toilet moving etc. Just looking for advice, inspiration and ideas? what would you do?
