Optimizing LG Therma V Controller settings

Hi.. I have an LG heat pump recently fitted. My setting on the Therma v controller. The electric was turned off. When the system re booted, the AI settings aren't working. The area is greyed out. I can only access normal setting which does not showvAI mode. How do I get it back into AI mode.
