Help.

Hi all need ya help have a prowarm underfloor system. Had a power cut. Went back to system and looked different with different display however was still working !!! Flame was still on had to it higher … I thought do a factory reset I have done so now looks normal. I have tried AF. A f. However what ever I set it at the flame symbol don’t come on now So heating don’t come on. Am I missing something. Please help.
