Thanks for the reply Kelvin,the top one is set for the correct amount of radiators according to the bumph I got when it was fitted,it seems to be running OK, it's more of a curiosity thing about what the flow rate should be ,I'll post photos of it running Cheers and happy 2025

I've seen on various french forums that some systems fitted ago are having to be taken out as they're badly done and as you say carried out by incompetent tradesman.

Hi newbie here ,got a ecodan air/water heat source pump fitted over 12 months ago, running great so far and got a few basics on running, im curious about these two gauges from the blue tank ,I assume it's the flow rate but what should they read when running?,at the moment the top one when running flicks between 2 readings both around 10 and the needle on the large blue one underneath points just over half way Struggling to add photos so bear with me Thankyou Coeurdelion

Thanks for the informative reply Garald ,not sure about the installers taking apart the heat pump bit in your reply but didn't bother with the installation subsidies ,luckily I had a few euros put aside for the work.

Hi ,just joined ,im a british expat living in france full time for over 20 years,Mr Macron in his bid for less pollution has made it impossible to order a part for a oil fired boiler ,ok if the repair company have it the part in stock but cannot order one in ,no new instalations reliant on oil neither,wood ,gas and pellets are ok still. With this in mind and my old oil boiler looking like something from frankensteins castle i've had a mitsubishi air /water ecodan system fitted and will be picking your brains later regarding the running been in over 12 months now,got the basic running sorted so just need the tweaks for efficiency, hope you all have a great 2025 and look forward to your advice Cheers Coeurdelion
