Thats single brick and plaster with some filler. There is literally nothing else. Other windows are lined with internal bricks

Hi, we recently bought house and previous owner installed new windows in two rooms. After couple of months we started to notice that all corners are completely wet and there are no window boxes, seals etc. He said he was going to do frame so there are some metal beads. Any recommendations what could we do to fix this?
